Every Boston South Properties listing includes up to two complimentary hours of hands-on Concierge assistance for minor, non-licensed repairs and finishing touches that can help get your home ready for market.

That might mean adjusting a sticking door, repairing a small wall ding, touching up trim, replacing worn caulking, tightening cabinet hardware, fixing a screen, removing an old TV mount and patching the holes, replacing house numbers or taking care of those miscellaneous little repairs you've been meaning to get to.

Our Concierge Team can help with:

• Minor wall, drywall and trim repairs
• Small paint and touch-up projects
• Door, hinge and hardware adjustments
• Cabinet and drawer adjustments
• Caulking and cosmetic repairs
• Screen and minor window-hardware repairs
• Installation or replacement of simple household hardware
• Minor porch, fence and exterior punch-list items
• Removal of unwanted wall-mounted items with minor patching
• Other small non-licensed repairs identified during our pre-listing walk-through

And our help doesn't  end when your home goes under agreement. If the home inspection identifies a few minor items that can easily be addressed before closing, your remaining Concierge time can be used there as well.

For anything requiring a licensed professional, such as electrical, plumbing or HVAC work, we'll help you identify what needs to be addressed and connect you with the appropriate professional.

The idea is simple: fewer little projects for you to chase down, and one less thing to worry about while you're getting ready to move.
